Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio-kickboxing is a no contact striking class that focuses on keeping a student on their feet and their heart rate up, lead by an instructor which will be either on our state of the art tracking heavy bags or handheld focus mitts. Cardio kickboxing combines striking from martial arts and various exercises to get you fit and introduced to self defense techniques in a fun positive environment.
